Owned and led by MasterChef Canada competitor, Danielle Eaton (formerly Cardozo), our restaurant is a collaboration of a carefully orchestrated team of twenty passionate crew members who are working together to create a truly local dining experience. 

Our goal simple. Continue to support our more than 40 local suppliers, while doing what we love most. The result of our goal is the ability to provide you a memorable and very Kootenay dining experience. 

While creating memorable experiences, and doing it with passion, we run things a little differently. We believe in laid back. We believe in work life balance. We're tattooed, chilled out and a little bit weird. But at the end of the day, we're all a little bit obsessed about really good food. And that is what a restaurant should be. Food forward. Food focused.
